Exceptional plays in the metropolis of Eastern Switzerland
With its many musical and opera premieres, the capital of Eastern Switzerland can easily keep pace with the world's great cities. The St.Gallen theatre is also the oldest professional theatre on record in Switzerland. Today, concerts are held in the Tonhalle St.Gallen, a concert hall. This architectural jewel was built at the beginning of the 20th century in the neo-Baroque style and completely renovated in 1993.
